Powerstation OS/RX 27 "Sauter" is now available for download for x64 and Aarch64 computers. OS/RX 27 is at your service whether you're running a server, an old computer, a top of the line machine or even just a Raspberry Pi.
OS/RX takes the efficiency of a slightly thinned down version of MX Linux and the performance of the Linux kernel 7.0 to deliver a distribution you can fine tune to your liking. Whether you're using a laptop, a server, a 20 year old machine or a powerful workstation, OS/RX has got you covered.
OS/RX ships with the Wine software translator by default allowing users coming from Windows to keep using their software and games in an almost seamless manner.
The OS/RX Project always has been, still is and always will be developed by humans for humans. While AI can be a powerful and useful tool, it shouldn't be used in anything as fundamentally important and reliable as an operating system.
OS/RX inherits Debian's world famous stability to ensure a reliable user experience without having to sacrifice the latest in Linux software or being locked down in an immutable OS.
OS/RX is already a fairly lightweight operating system so it's very likely it will run on your machine, but just in case be sure to check the system requirements. Note that OS/RX 26 has dropped 32-bit support so if your computer was made before 2006 there's a chance it won't run any version of OS/RX newer than 25.
